The “HEART OF THE HOUSE” is our wood fired flatbread kiln. Our flats are cooked to order - thin and crunchy with your favorite toppings. If you'd prefer, be your own chef and create your custom flat from our list of fresh ingredients. A meal on their own, or an appetizer to share!
